We ensure packages are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If an item is marked delivered but lost or stolen, responsibility lies with the customer. Please do not place an order if you believe an order may state delivered but may go missing.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Our team immediately processes items for shipping, making cancellation impossible after packing. Also, our marketing often charge Urban Modesty $20-$30 per sale.
