We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

** Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Refunds:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to cover the cost of return shipping (this applies to refunds only).
- The maximum order refund amount is $200. Refunds above this amount will be issued as a gift card.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Exchanges will be issued as a gift card, which can be used to purchase any item on the site.
- We cover the restocking fee and return shipping.
- The gift card functions as a new order; standard shipping fees apply.
Note: Exchanges cannot be exchanged again.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please report damaged items upon arrival or after being worn.
- Provide clear pictures of the damage.
- If the damage is due to a defect, we will investigate and replace the item.
Pre-Shipment USPS Shipping Status:
If your tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment" for over a week, your item may be pre-ordered, backordered, or out of stock. Check the product page for updates. If you do not hear from us, please email customercare@urbanmodesty.com.
Policy Exceptions:
- Tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Hijabs, Scarves, Salah Outfits, Swimsuits, and Gowns Are Final Sale.
- Clearance and Final Sale Items Are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original hang tags. Items should be folded in original packaging and in resealable condition.
- One refund or exchange is allowed per order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
