U.S. Orders*

• All orders require 2-3 Days** Processing or Fulfillment Time
• UPS Shipping time generally takes an additional 2-3 Days**
• Order Ship using UPS Ground
• Orders over $149 Ship Free
• Orders under $149 use a calculated discounted shipping rate
• Orders Ship from our 4 Warehouses in New York and New Jersey
• Since Orders Ship from multiple warehouses, one order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

International Orders (Non-U.S.) Orders*

• All orders require 5 Days** Processing or Fulfillment Time
• DHL or other International Carrier Shipping time generally takes an additional 5-7 Days**
• Order Ship DHL or another Carrier depending on country of Customer
• Order cost depends on the order size and is calculated on check out
• Orders Ship from our 4 Warehouses in New York and New Jersey
• Since Orders Ship from multiple warehouses, one order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

Local Pick Up

• Local pickup is available at our store locations.  Please check out online, select local pick up, then call the store to confirm the location that has the items or ask if its possible to select the items from the location your prefer.

During peaks periods, e.g. Eid, Ramadan, New Releases, please add 3 Days to all shipping times.

Urban Modesty responsibility is to have the item delivered to the address provided.  If an item is stolen or lost once it is labeled by the carrier as delivered, this is the customers responsibility.  Please provide a shipping address you believe is secure.

*Once placed orders cannot be cancelled

**Above times do not included weekends or holidays.  Our fulfillment centers are closed all weekends and holidays, and UPS is closed during national holidays.

To begin an exchange, request a refund, or report a missing or damaged item, please follow the steps outlined below.

The only way to conduct a Return or Exchange is through this portal. Please do not just mail the items back; they will not be processed. If the portal does not work, please email customercare@urbanmodesty.com

Refund, Exchanges, and Damaged Items Policy:

• Return for Refund: Within the first 14 days, you may request a refund. A 10% restocking fee applies to cover return shipping costs. The maximum refund amount is $200; refunds over $200 will be issued as gift cards.
• Exchanges: Issued as a gift card to be used on any item on the site. We cover return shipping; any new shipping fees apply for purchases made with the gift card. Cannot exchange an exchange.
• Damaged Items: Report any damaged items with pictures. We will replace items found to be defective.

Pre-shipment USPS Shipping Tracking Status:

If your tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment" for over a week, your item may be on pre-order/backorder or out of stock. Please check the product page for availability or email customercare@urbanmodesty.com.

*Policy Exceptions:

• Tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All hijabs & scarves, swimsuits, and salah outfits are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
• Clearance, Final Sale items, and gowns are final sale.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
• One refund or exchange is allowed per order.
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
