Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be unworn or unused.
- Item must have all original tags attached.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Click the profile icon in the store menu, or visit the returns / refund policy page to request a return.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email for your six-digit verification code.
- Return to the store and enter the verification code.
- Click Request return for the order you want to return.
- Select the item or items you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.
- Click Request return again to confirm.
If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Hijabs, Scarves, Salah Outfits, Swimsuits, and Gowns are final sale.
- Clearance and Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original hang tags, folded in original packaging, and resealable.
- Only one refund or exchange is allowed per order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- No returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- Items must have tags attached.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
