We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. Every request is reviewed and approved by our team, return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, and a 10% restocking fee applies.
Return Costs & Fees
Returns are customer-paid. Please account for these deductions before sending an item back.
- Return Shipping: You arrange and pay for return postage. We do not provide or pay for return shipping labels.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Original Shipping Charges: Shipping you paid at checkout is non-refundable and will not be returned to you.
- Free Shipping Orders: If your order shipped with free shipping, our actual shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be unworn or unused.
- Item must have all original tags attached.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Click the profile icon in the store menu, or visit the returns / refund policy page to request a return.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email for your six-digit verification code.
- Return to the store and enter the verification code.
- Click Request return for the order you want to return.
- Select the item or items you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.
- Click Request return again to confirm.
Every request is reviewed and approved by our team before anything is shipped back. Once approved, you will receive an email with our return address and mailing instructions. You arrange and pay for return postage — we do not provide or pay for return shipping labels. Please use a trackable service, as we cannot refund a package we never receive. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Hijabs, Scarves, Salah Outfits, and Swimsuits
- Gowns are exchange or refund to giftcard only. No refunds to original form of payment.
- Clearance and Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original hang tags, folded in original packaging, and resealable.
- Only one refund or exchange is allowed per order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- No returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- Items must have tags attached.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee and all shipping costs.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please expect your order to arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $99 ship free.
- Flat Shipping: Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
- Order Processing: Orders take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–4 business days via UPS Ground.
- Shipping Location: Orders ship from our New York fulfillment operation.

International Shipping

- Shipping Time: Orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days via DHL or another reliable carrier.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Pickup In Store
- Select Pickup in Store at checkout, subject to inventory availability.
- Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 hour.
- Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
Peak Periods
During busy times such as Eid, Ramadan, and new product launches, please allow an additional up to 3 business days for processing and shipping.
Shipping Responsibility
- We ensure packages are delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout.
- If an item is marked delivered but is lost or stolen afterward, responsibility lies with the customer.
- Please use a secure shipping address to help prevent delivery issues.
