• Shipping Rates: For orders below $149, you can choose from discounted rates of $2.99 or $4.99, or opt for calculated rates at checkout for precise shipping costs.
• Shipping Locations: All orders are dispatched from our three warehouses located in New York, ensuring prompt delivery across the country.
• Important: Your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times, especially when we ship items from different locations.

International Shipping

• Order Processing: Please allow 5 business days for processing international orders.
• Shipping Time: International orders generally take about 5-7 business days to arrive via DHL or other reliable international carriers.
• Shipping Cost: Costs for international shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and its destination.
• Shipping Locations: Similar to domestic orders, international shipments also depart from our three warehouses in New York.
• Important: As with domestic orders, please note that international orders may also arrive in multiple packages at different times.

• For added convenience, you can place your order online and select Pickup in Store during checkout. Choose a location closest to you, subject to inventory availability.

During busy times such as Eid, Ramadan, and also for new product releases, kindly allow an additional 3 business days for both processing and shipping.

Shipping Responsibility

• Urban Modesty ensures that packages are delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
• If an item is marked as delivered but is subsequently lost or stolen, the responsibility lies with the customer.
• We recommend providing a secure shipping address to ensure your package arrives safely.

Additional Information

• Please note that orders cannot be canceled once placed. Our team acts quickly to remove items from inventory so they are no longer available for sale, and once an order is packed, it is virtually impossible to locate a specific packed package among numerous orders.
• Keep in mind that processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
• Our fulfillment centers operate Monday through Friday and remain closed on weekends and holidays.
• Additionally, UPS does not operate on national holidays.

Refund, Exchange, and Damaged Item Policy:

Refunds:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to cover the cost of return shipping (this applies to refunds only).
• The maximum order refund amount is $200. Refunds above this amount will be issued as a gift card.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges will be issued as a gift card, which can be used to purchase any item on the site.
• We cover the restocking fee and return shipping.
• The gift card functions as a new order; standard shipping fees apply.
• Note: Exchanges cannot be exchanged again.

Damaged Items:

• Please report damaged items upon arrival or after being worn.
• Provide clear pictures of the damage.
• If the damage is due to a defect, we will investigate and replace the item.

Pre-Shipment USPS Shipping Status:

If your tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment" for over a week, your item may be pre-ordered, backordered, or out of stock. Check the product page for updates. If you do not hear from us, please email customercare@urbanmodesty.com

Policy Exceptions:

• Tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Hijabs, Scarves, Salah Outfits, Swimsuits, and Gowns Are Final Sale.
• Clearance and Final Sale Items Are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original hang tags. Items should be folded in original packaging and in resealable condition.
• One refund or exchange is allowed per order.
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
