    • Local pickup is available at our store locations.  Please check out online, select local pick up, then call the store to confirm the location that has the items or ask if its possible to select the items from the location your prefer.

    Urban Modesty responsibility is to have the item delivered to the address provided.  If an item is stolen or lost once it is labeled by the carrier as delivered, this is the customers responsibility.  Please provide a shipping address you believe is secure.

    *Once placed orders cannot be cancelled

    **Above times do not included weekends or holidays.  Our fulfillment centers are closed all weekends and holidays, and UPS is closed during national holidays.

    100 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY*

    To Initiate an Exchange, Refund, or to Report a Missing or Damaged Item 

    The only way to conduct a Return or Exchange is through this portal.  Please do not just mail the items back, they will not be processed.  If the portal does not work, please email: customercare@urbanmodesty.com

    Refund, Exchanges, and Damaged Items Policy:

    • Return for Refund: For the first 14 days you may request a refund.  A 10% Restocking fee to cover the cost of return shipping applies, this applies to refunds only.   The maximum order refund amount is $200.  Refunds in excess of $200 will be issued in the form a of a gift card.  
    • Exchanges: Will be issued in the form of a gift card, which you can use to purchase any item on the site, we will cover the restocking fee / cost of shipping back to us. The gift card will be used like a new order, i.e. any new shipping fees will apply, as well as free shipping offers. Cannot exchange an exchange.
    • Damaged Items:  Please report the issue.  Let us know it was damaged upon arrival or after being worn.  Pictures are required.  We will investigate and replace the item if the damage is due to defect.

     

    Pre-Shipment USPS Shipping  Tracking Status:

    If you placed an order, and have a tracking number, but the tracking status states "Pre-Shipment" for over a week, your item is either pre-order/backordered (check the product page) or out of stock.  We contact all customers about out of stock items but sometimes we are not able to reach them.  If you do not hear from us please email customercare@urbanmodesty.com

     

    *Policy Exceptions:

    • Tailored Items cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Due to hygienic reasons, all hijabs, under-scarves, swimsuits, and salah outfits are final sale.  No refunds or exchanges.
    • Clearance and Final Sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
    • Gowns are Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges.
    • Worn Items - Items Must Be Unworn, Unwashed, with an included original hang tags attached.  Items must be folded in original packaging as the item was shipped to the customer.  Items need to be resealable.
    • One refund or exchange is allowed per order
    • Once placed orders cannot be cancelled
