- Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Our team removes an item immediately so it's no longer available for sale and also once its packed its impossible to find the packed package in bags with 100's of orders.

Refund, Exchange, and Damaged Item Policy:
Refunds:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to cover the cost of return shipping (this applies to refunds only).
- The maximum order refund amount is $200. Refunds above this amount will be issued as a gift card.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges will be issued as a gift card, which can be used to purchase any item on the site.
- We cover the restocking fee and return shipping.
- The gift card functions as a new order; standard shipping fees apply.
- Note: Exchanges cannot be exchanged again.
Damaged Items:
- Please report damaged items upon arrival or after being worn.
- Provide clear pictures of the damage.
- If the damage is due to a defect, we will investigate and replace the item.
