Local Pick Up

• Local pickup is available at our store locations.  Please check out online, select local pick up, then call the store to confirm the location that has the items or ask if its possible to select the items from the location your prefer.

Urban Modesty responsibility is to have the item delivered to the address provided.  If an item is stolen or lost once it is labeled by the carrier as delivered, this is the customers responsibility.  Please provide a shipping address you believe is secure.

**Above times do not included weekends or holidays.  Our fulfillment centers are closed all weekends and holidays, and UPS is closed during national holidays.

Important:

• Do not mail items back without using the portal, as they will not be processed.

Refund, Exchanges, and Damaged Items Policy:

• Return for Refund: For the first 14 days, you may request a refund. A 10% restocking fee applies for return shipping (refunds only). The maximum refund is $200. Amounts above $200 will be issued as a gift card.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are issued as gift cards to be used on any item. We will cover the restocking fee and return shipping costs. New shipping fees apply for the exchange.
• Damaged Items: Please report the damage with pictures. If the damage is due to defect, we will replace the item.

Pre-Shipment USPS Shipping Tracking Status:

If you have a tracking number and it states "Pre-Shipment" for over a week, the item may be out of stock or a pre-order. We will contact you if the item is out of stock.

Policy Exceptions:

• Tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Due to hygienic reasons, hijabs, under-scarves, swimsuits, and salah outfits are final sale.
• Clearance and final sale items are final sale.
• Gowns are final sale.
• Worn items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• One refund or exchange is allowed per order.
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
