How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Use our return portal to initiate returns, exchanges, and report damaged items

Important: Do not mail items back without using the portal, as they will not be processed.

Returns for Refund:

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

A 10% restocking fee applies to cover return shipping costs. This fee applies to refunds only.

Refunds are capped at $200 per order. Refund amounts exceeding $200 will be issued as a gift card.
Exchanges:

Exchanges will be issued as a gift card, which you can use to purchase any item on the site.

We will cover the restocking fee and shipping costs for sending items back to us.

The gift card functions as a new order, meaning standard shipping fees and promotions (e.g., free shipping offers) will apply.

Note: Items exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or becomes damaged after being worn, please report the issue promptly.
- Photos of the damage are required for assessment.
- If the damage is due to a defect, we will investigate and replace the item.

Condition of Returned Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original hang tags.

Items must be folded and placed in the original packaging as shipped.

Items must be resealable.
Other Exceptions:
Pre-Shipment USPS Tracking Status
If you have placed an order and received a tracking number but the tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment" for over a week:

Your item may be on pre-order/backorder (please check the product page).

Alternatively, it may be out of stock. We attempt to contact customers about such issues, but in some cases, we may be unable to reach them.
