How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Use our return portal to initiate returns, exchanges, and report damaged items

• Important: Do not mail items back without using the portal, as they will not be processed.

Returns for Refund:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

• A 10% restocking fee applies to cover return shipping costs. This fee applies to refunds only.

• Refunds are capped at $200 per order. Refund amounts exceeding $200 will be issued as a gift card.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges will be issued as a gift card, which you can use to purchase any item on the site.

• We will cover the restocking fee and shipping costs for sending items back to us.

• The gift card functions as a new order, meaning standard shipping fees and promotions (e.g., free shipping offers) will apply.

• Note: Items exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

Damaged Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or becomes damaged after being worn, please report the issue promptly.
• Photos of the damage are required for assessment.
• If the damage is due to a defect, we will investigate and replace the item.

Policy Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items:

• Tailored items

• Hijabs, underscarves, swimsuits, and salah outfits (due to hygiene reasons)

• Clearance and final sale items

• Gowns

Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original hang tags.

• Items must be folded and placed in the original packaging as shipped.

• Items must be resealable.

Other Exceptions:

• Only one refund or exchange is allowed per order.

• Once placed, orders cannot be canceled.

Pre-Shipment USPS Tracking Status

If you have placed an order and received a tracking number but the tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment" for over a week:

• Your item may be on pre-order/backorder (please check the product page).

• Alternatively, it may be out of stock. We attempt to contact customers about such issues, but in some cases, we may be unable to reach them.
